As a Freelance Coach, Trainer and a Therapist, my role is multifaceted and revolves around guiding individuals or groups toward personal and professional growth, skill development and achieving their desired goals. My work centers on providing support, motivation and expertise to empower our clients and participants to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

They’ve always fascinated me.
Their life journey strongly resonating with mine – my life experiences that shaped me as the person I am today. The complex metamorphosis from an egg to larva, pupa and finally blossoming into a beautiful free-spirited butterfly. Like me!
I am the third child in a conservative and traditional family with humble beginnings. Our home was a small wooden house nestled in a rubber estate, where my parents ran a grocery shop surrounded by the beauty of nature. While my upbringing was characterized by rules and restrictions imposed by my well-meaning parents, it instilled in me the values of obedience and respect.
Despite the challenges of conforming to these expectations, I am grateful for the foundation they provided me. I was blessed with a great childhood, especially my school years that I miss dearly. I was one of those bookworms (or a ‘nerd’ as one would say), and a teacher’s pet. I spent most of my time in the school library with books as my true companions. My holidays were well spent in the backyard of my house, with my books, pets, and the comforting sounds of nature.
In my teenage years, I delved into the world of Hindu religious scriptures and psychology. I was driven to explore more about the human mind, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I came to understand the concept that we are the indeed the Master of our Mind, and that we are responsible for our own well-being. This awareness propelled my decision to create my own destiny – I made the bold move to pursue my studies in India, away from home.
Challenges continued to shape my journey as I navigated through marriage and motherhood, facing emotional upheavals and career transitions. Despite these obstacles, my thirst for knowledge and personal growth remained unwavering. Pursuing a Diploma in Psychology opened my eyes to the power of human mind and empowered me to break free from mental barriers, fuelling my determination to pursue my dreams.
I stepped out, focused a lot more on social work, motivating and helping the neediest. I continued to upgrade myself in the field of Yoga, Neuro Linguistics Programming and Hypnotherapy and so on. I am truly blessed and grateful to all the Masters and Gurus, who inspired, guided, and supported me in every stage of my life.
Finally, with the blessings of the Divine Guru Thirumoolar, I met my Master through my dearest friends, who is being a pillar of support and guiding me with Mahasrividya and Mahasivayoga I found my IKIGAI, my true purpose of life, a passionate advocate for Personal Development and a dedicated coach on the journey to optimal health, balance, and fulfilment. In a world where wellness is often fragmented and compartmentalized, I am committed to guiding individuals towards a more integrated and harmonious approach to life.
As a Personal Development Coach, I recognize that true well-being encompasses not only the physical body but also the mind, spirit, and emotions. I believe in addressing the interconnectedness of these aspects to cultivate a state of vibrant health and wholeness.
My journey into Personal Development began as a personal quest for healing and self-discovery. Through my own experiences of overcoming health challenges and seeking inner balance, I discovered the transformative power of holistic practices that nurture the body, mind, and soul through the practice of Authentic Hatha Yoga.
Drawing from a diverse background in holistic health, nutrition, mindfulness, and personal development, I offer a comprehensive approach to coaching that honours everyone’s unique needs and aspirations. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that each person possesses an innate wisdom and healing potential within themselves.
